Join our dynamic team at Delta Bingo, where we provide an exciting and engaging atmosphere for our customers. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cabinet Games Attendant / Cage Cashier. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our patrons and ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience. In this role, you will also ensure the smooth handling of cash transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the integrity of our Vegas-style gaming machines (similar to slot machines). Primary Function
As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions for customers. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing. You will be expected to maintain a neat and organized work area, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a positive and friendly attitude throughout the transaction
- Answer any questions customers may have regarding Delta Bingo game rules, prizes, and schedules
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers to provide accurate information to customers
- Perform basic maintenance on Vegas-style gaming machines (e.g., changing paper rolls, assisting with game functionality).
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Ensure the gaming floor remains organized and secure.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor or manager as necessary
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform routine cash register counts and reconciliations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cash handling area.
- Be proactive in providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
- Assist with other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Qualifications/Skills
- Exceptional customer service and resolution skills.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to do basic, quick math.
- Organization and time management.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items or do repetitive movements if required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must 18+ and be able to obtain an AGCO Gaming License
Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or bingo/casino environment preferred.
- Interest in computers and/or technology would be a great asset for this position, especially with the use of gaming machines and system maintenance.

Pay for this position is $18.10 per hour, plus gratuity. We also have advancement opportunities.
